TVD offers custom low OHM per sq-inch shielding for EMI / RFI suppression, while maintaining the highest-transmission-possible filters for custom TFT LCD assemblies and high brights. The viewing surfaces of the EMI / Heater assemblies may be enhanced with low-diffusion, anti-glare, and anti-reflective coatings to provide a brighter and clearer image on the display. TVD also offers EMI mesh type shielding, which combines the high shielding effectiveness of EMI with the transmission and optical clarity of ITO coatings.
The rear surfaces of the cover glass can be coated with multiple, precision-applied layers of Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) to achieve very low resistive values per square inch while maintaining high transmission, thus maximizing viewability through the heater assembly.
Various types of bus bar are available to ensure best performance according to the client’s application (including silver frit, solder type, and unique termination techniques). Our complete production facilities can support a complete array of optical filter requirements, from prototypes through OEM volumes.
We also offer resistive and projected-capacitive touch screens as an option as well.
