– Are you able to develop new LCD modules that are not already in your product lineup?
We welcome new development and work with our customers in fulfilling their specific requirements.
– Do you use CCFL or LED light source in your highbrighted LCDs?
We currently have some CCFL versions for our customers that have previously designed in this technology into their system. However, all new development of active enhancement involves the use of our T-Brite LED Backlight technology.
– What is T-Brite LED Backlight Technology?
T-Brite LED Technology is our proprietary technology of TFT-LCD brightness enhancement utilizing LED technology combined with thermal and optical maximization to achieve stable and reliable lighting.
– How long does it take to evaluate certain LCD panel to determine the highbrighting potential?
This could vary depending on the complexity of the highbrightness required, but our normal time required for initial evaluation of a panel is 3 weeks.
– Which LCD panel manufacturers do you use in highbrighting?
TVD currently use various TFT-LCDs from world’s leading manufacturers such as NEC, Sharp, Boe-Hydis, AUO and Samsung.
